Brazen House was founded in 2022 with the objective of publishing select works of fiction from far-flung parts of the world— lands beyond the well-trodden literary haunts of Europe and America— which would intrigue, entertain, and inform the reader wherever they are. Our mission is to present a vibrant and varied range of tales that reveal the unfamiliar, the unexpected.

We hope to champion voices that may be overlooked or ignored by the mainstream publishing houses. And we believe in supporting full creative autonomy of writers, granting them agency to tell their stories as they like and, in our case as an infant publishing enterprise, the freedom to publish such works without the fear of financial risks.
